Days 1 and 2:
Yoga 45 minutes
1. Nourishing and relaxing full-body massage
2. Rejuvenating herbal steam body treatment
3. Relaxing hand and leg massage

Days 3 and 4:
Yoga 45 minutes
1. Body massage with herbal powder/paste
2. Foot massage.

Day 5:
Yoga 45 minutes
1. Nourishing and relaxing full-body massage
2. Mind-relaxing and hair-strengthening treatment with a milk and herbal decoction
3. Special foot treatment (sweating)

Days 6 and 7:
Yoga 45 minutes
1. Nourishing and relaxing full-body massage
2. Nourishing body treatment with a paste made from rice, herbs and plant oils
3. Relaxing hand and foot massage

We provide a bathrobe and slippers, as well as a yoga mat.
