1. Exfoliating, warming, detoxifying full-body massage with herbal paste;
2. Rejuvenating herbal steam body treatment;  
3. Taking ghee - preparation for therapeutic purgation

Day 4, Days 5 and 6:

1. Nourishing and relaxing full-body massage; 
2. Rejuvenating herbal steam body treatment;
3.  Exfoliating, warming, detoxifying full-body massage with herbal paste
      or a warming sweat-inducing treatment using powdered medicinal herbs/leaves in a pouch with medicinal       oil

1. Therapeutic purgation
